- 1. On the product page, enter the order quantity and click "Add to Cart".

- 2. On the shopping cart page, check your order carefully and click "Proceed to checkout". If you have a coupon, please enter it on this screen.

- 3. Enter your contact information, delivery address and name, and click "Proceed to Select Shipping Method".

- 4. Select a shipping method and click "Proceed to payment".

- 5. Select and enter your payment method and select your billing address.

 

After confirming your order, the details of your order will be sent to your registered email address.

◇ About delivery

Local Shipping (within Japan): We will ship out within 3 business days after confirming your payment.

(*Pre-order products and made-to-order products will be shipped out within 3 business days after the product arrives.)

International Shipping: We will ship out within 7-10 business days after confirming your payment. The shipping cost will be calculated on the payment page.

Please note that the customs and import duty or other charges related to the shipping shall be paid by customers. 

 

◇Cancellation, exchange, and return

-Cancel

If you wish to cancel, please apply for cancellation by e-mail.

Order cancellations and exchanges before placing an order will be accepted within 12 hours after placing the order. In addition, it is not possible to cancel an order for made-to-order products or products that cannot be canceled on the product page or campaign page.

 

- Returns, exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us within 3 days of receiving the item. After completing the application, we will inform you about the procedure.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the event that the product is different from what you ordered or is due to initial defects (damage, scratches, stains). (*In the case of pierced earrings, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's preferences after opening.)

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience after the sales contract is concluded. In addition, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

 

・If there is a feeling of use, damage, or stains on the product

・When there is loss of accessories of the product

・If the product is returned by a method other than the method specified by us

・If the product is a made-to-order product or a product that cannot be returned or exchanged on the product page, campaign page, etc.

 

*Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by us.
